We collect information schools provide to set up the app (such as roster and account details), information students provide when they use it, and limited technical data such as device and usage information. Sensitive support interactions are handled with extra care.

How we use information

To provide the app and route students to the right support.
To deliver announcements, events, and safety and emergency alerts.
To comply with school, district, FERPA, and COPPA obligations.

What we never do

We never sell student data. We don't store clinical notes — when a student is connected to support, we track that a referral happened, not what was said. Your district controls the data.

Your choices and consent

Consent and privacy flows are built for minors and configured to your state and district rules. Schools, students, and families may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and school policy.
