Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Use of the service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and your school's rules. Mentors and partners are school-vetted, and there is no open messaging between students and strangers.

Not a clinical or emergency service

Yard is a communication, reporting, and navigation platform — not a clinical care provider or emergency-response service. It helps students find support and surfaces crisis resources such as 988, but it does not provide medical care. In an emergency, always call 911; in a crisis, call or text 988.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
